Refund policy

 

 Refund Policy for Online Courses: 

No refunds can be issued for the Online Course as it is copyrighted and you have full access to an accredited course.

Refund Policy & Late Policy for Manchester Courses:

No refunds for the deposits can be given at any time. The deposit prices are deducted from the overall amount when issuing a refund. Deposit prices can be found on the information sections of each course.

Full refunds (excluding the deposit amount) can be given if cancelled up to 14 days before the course date. If cancelled less than 14 days before, we can offer a 50% refund or we can reschedule the date free of charge.

If you are 20 minutes late to your class we can still provide the day course however the Business section at the end of the course will be missed. You can still take home the Business Bible and have the information. 
Over 30 minutes late will result in the course having to be cancelled as we do not have enough time for the proper learning and the models who have been booked for you will not be able to change the schedule. No refunds can be given, however your deposit amount can be moved onto a reschedule.
